Watch the Welcome Video, complete your Five Voices Assessment, join Slack, add the Agency Calendar, and read the Agent Handbook cover to cover. Non-negotiable.
Week 1 — Contracted, Trained, Shadowing
Finalize SFG contracting, drill FE & MP scripts daily, shadow real appointments in the ZoomWorkRoom, and start your warm market list of 100 names.
Days 8–30 — First Solo Production
Order first A Leads (approved by Max), run solo appointments, submit first applications, target $250+ Paid Premium Per Lead, and debrief every appointment.
Days 31–60 — Build Consistency
Set a standing weekly lead order, master objection handling, use the Performance Tracker, and hit $5K–$10K monthly net placed premium.
Days 61–90 — Promote & Lead
Hit $10,000+ net placed premium in a single month, introduce the opportunity to 2–3 people, and attend a live SFG Engage or IGNITE event.
